Euro 2020: Germany vs Hungary Preview
Second place Germany host Hungary at the Allianz Arena tonight at 8pm, knowing a win will see them qualify for the knockout stages. As for Hungary, they will be going into the game bottom of the group, however maintaining a slim chance to qualify out of what is undoubtedly the toughest group out of them all.
Germany will be boosted by both defender Mats Hummels and Ilkay Gundogan, as they returned to training after both picking up knocks in their 4-2 win against Portugal. However Thomas Muller is unlikely to feature after sustaining a knee injury in the same game. As for Hungary their captain has been given the all clear to play after being substituted against France due to a head injury.
Germany predicted XI: Neuer; Ginter, Hummels, Rudiger; Kimmich, Gundogan, Kroos, Gosens; Havertz, Gnabry, Sane
Hungary predicted XI: Gulacsi; Botka, Orban, At. Szalai; Nagy; Nego, Kleinheisler, Schafer, Fiola; Nikolic, Sallai
