Superstar Alex Morgan Joins the WSL Revolution
Double World Cup winner and footballing superstar Alex Morgan has joined Tottenham Hotspur Women for the 2020/21 WSL season.
There have been some marquee signings so far this window for the WSL, but the signing of Morgan is arguably the biggest.
Alex Morgan is one of the biggest names in the game, along with her USA teammate Megan Rapinoe, Morgan leads the way for equality in the women’s game.
Morgan won the 2015 and 2019 World Cup with the USA. She has also lifted 2 CONCACAF Championships and 2 SheBelieves Cups with America.
After the birth of her child, Morgan is looking to get crucial game time in before the delayed Olympics in 2021; where she will hope to lead the USA team to a gold medal to add to her glittering trophy cabinet.
